Terms

Terms of use

These starter terms explain how the site should be used during the first directory build.

Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. Purpose of the site

Introduce.com.au is a directory and introduction information site. It helps visitors discover providers, businesses, services and potential introductions.

2. No guarantee or endorsement

A listing, introduction or profile page is not a guarantee, certification, recommendation, employment offer, financial advice, legal advice, medical advice or professional endorsement.

3. Listing submissions

By submitting a listing, you confirm that the information is accurate enough for review, that you have permission to submit it, and that Introduce.com.au may edit, approve, reject, publish or remove it.

4. Free 12-month listing

The first version offers a free listing period of 12 months for approved listings. Future paid options, renewals, featured listings or upgrades may be introduced later, but free submissions in this starter version do not create a permanent entitlement.

5. User responsibility

Visitors should verify provider details, credentials, suitability, pricing, licences and insurance where relevant before making decisions or payments.

6. Acceptable use

You must not submit misleading, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, spam, adult, exploitative, unsafe or fraudulent content. The site may remove content at any time.

7. Limitation

Use of the site is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Introduce.com.au is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on listings, introductions or third-party provider information.

8. Contact

Questions or listing removal requests can be sent to admin@accesspositive.com.au.

This is starter wording only and should be legally reviewed before paid listings or high-volume traffic.
